Jan 23 2017 I must say that this care home is wonderful. I have visited many over the years and this by far is amazing. The staff are warm and welcoming and know there job/roles very well. My mother has been a resident for over two years and I haven't got any concerns or doubts that she is not been looked after. She is actually very well looked after and I am more than grateful to everyone there.

If anyone should have any concerns about our service, we ask them to tell us straight away so that we can put things right quickly. If things are not put right quickly, anyone can complain to the Care Manager, whose office door is almost always open.- Write a Review
