May 28 2016 The staff at Paternoster House have given my uncle a comfortable caring environment to live in. When asked about living in Paternoster House he said he could not be better looked after, the food is good and the staff are kind and helpful. Considering the state he was in when he moved to Paternoster he is now like a different person. They have also taken the worry away from him living on his own.

For her family it has been an enormous relief to get her a place here where she is being treated with great sensitivity. Her practical needs are met efficiently and the staff manage to carry out their duties in a caring and cheerful manner. It is not easy to see a parent move into residential care but we feel very fortunate to have found Paternoster House.

We looked at other homes and choose paternoster because it felt warm and friendly. They have surpassed our expectations and mum has settled in surprisingly well considering the huge move. She is even starting to join in some of the activities which is a first. I can't express my gratitude enought to all of the staff who have welcomed her with open arms, and joy the manager ensures that everyone's gets what they need. First class home run by first class caring people.
