My mum has been in this care home for over 3 years having moved from a really poor care home that was unable to safeguard her. In the time she has been in Rose Court she has been given the most amazing care and attention. The environment is safe and the staff are brilliant. Caring and great at their jobs I cannot praise the staff enough. The home manager is a really strong manager and this is reflected in the quality their home provides. Mum has been very settled and happy here and I am so grateful to them for giving my mum a happy and safe environment and for giving her back some quality of life.
Would definatley recommend. Reply from Rose Court Care Home Thu, 18 Jan 2018 16:26:04 Z We’d like to take a moment to thank you for leaving such a wonderful review of our home. It means so much to our colleagues when they receive this level of praise; they work tirelessly throughout the year to deliver the kindest possible care to Residents and hearing such fantastic feedback is really the icing on the cake to them! Thank you, once again, for your kind words. |

This home is amazing. There are always plenty of staff to help with the residents needs, the staff regularly interact with residents and are always happy to speak with family members too. The home is clean and tidy, no foul smells and is the perfect environment for those suffering with dementia. Five stars! |

I visited this home with a friend recently who was visiting their Mum and was really surprised to see how lovely the staff were and how kind they were. My friend said they're like that all the time. The home is so lovely inside, it has a lovely café area where we sat and had a coffee with his mum. This has definitely changed my opinion of care homes, Rose Court is more like a little community where everyone is so engaged. It's where I'd like to go if the day ever comes and I can't care for myself. I put a review on earlier but forgot to rate it on the stars so if you read another review that's nearly the same as this but has no stars, that was me in error! |
