Mar 14 2021 My Mums care is without question 5 star. The staff are really attentive and caring and they are always aware of how Mum is and her needs. The care she receives here helps me to sleep knowing she is in such safe hands
Allendale Residential Home LimitedBy: Anonymous Rating:.. May 20 2013 My Nannie has been at allendale for a long time. The care and support during her stay has been second to none! The staff are very friendly and have been there a long time, nothing is to much trouble. During the time when my Nannie was very poorly the staff and other support workers (district nurses) did everything to get her back fit and well, and they achieved it! For that I am truely grateful! The gardens & decked patio area is lovely in the summer time, lots of flowers and sensory needs for the residents. The activities are really good to, especially the play your cards right, they have a right good giggle!! I would not hesitate to recommend allendale to all my friends and other family members! Good homely, local and very caring residential home.

May 15 2013 My nanna was very poorly for some time and had been in and out of hospital without any sort of consistent care. Since staying at Allendale she is much more settled. She's see this place as her home and the staff as friends. We have seen her smile again. There will always be bad days, but not as many now she feels safe in this home. The staff are fantastic and keep us well informed of all the care that she receives at the home, any changes that are occurring and any extra care/medication that is required. It is always clean and tidy. The residents have their own rooms with their own belongings. They always have time to talk us and to comfort patients when needed. Allendale has a lovely family feel and a personal touch that other just faultless provide.
