Mar 11 2019 I can only think of one word that best describes all of the staff at Byker Lodge, that word is PHENOMENAL!!! My husband was admitted to this service on 31 October 2018- 19 December 2018. The staff carried me through the most challenging time of my life. They laughed and cried with me in equal measure. Their holistic approach to all of the people in their care is outstanding. I can never thank them enough.
