Offering outstanding residential, nursing and dementia care, Brooklands houses happy and content residents. The family feel is threaded through the three floors where residents and staff get along famously.
Brooklands features stunning grounds - a mix of lawn, raised flowerbeds and allotments - which is also home to well loved chickens. It also overlooks fields where horses are reared. This provides a wonderful view from the dining rooms – bringing back happy memories for many a resident.
There are spacious elegant lounges and dining rooms on each floor, which serve an assortment of delicious and freshly prepared meals. Their speciality however, which proves incredibly popular with the residents, is the traditional best of British food.
There&s certainly never a dull moment at Brooklands, as it offers a fantastic programme of weekly planned activities and events. A designated activities co-ordinator is always on the lookout for inspiring ideas to put a smile on residents& faces. From pottery and flower arranging to line dancing and 1950s parties, there&s something for everyone.

The home is housed in a tastefully decorated 18th century farmhouse with an incredibly warm and welcoming atmosphere, which instantly makes everyone feel at home.
There are a variety of spaces for the residents to socialise in, like the bar, lounge and dining areas. A hairdressing salon offers pampering treatments, while the beautiful grounds are perfect for daily strolls and gardening. The home has forged close links with the local community and a variety of local businesses from therapists to fitness instructors visit the home on a regular basis.

Jul 9 2018 My great aunt, aged 92, was cared for at Brooklands for the last 3 months of her life and I cannot praise highly enough the quality of care she received from all the staff. She loved the food, which was very important to her and we were able to go in and have a meal with her which was lovely. I went to an afternoon with an Irish singer with her, which we both enjoyed. And we spent one lovely afternoon with her sitting in the grounds. We were hoping to do more of all this and to take her out too, but sadly she died. Thanks to the nursing staff I was with her when she died, and the whole experience was dealt with in such a kind and caring manner. The staff at Brooklands enabled her to spend the end of her life feeling secure and cared for and for this our family will always be very grateful. Thank you Brooklands.
