The home is located in the village of Longridge where access to local facilities are within walking distance. Alston View is a modern home with accommodation on three floors and overlooks landscaped grounds. All of the bedrooms are ensuite with the exception of two single rooms. A small car park is available for visitors.

Jul 5 2017 Fantastic care home. they look after my relative so well they are very happy. the manager is brilliant and nothing is too much trouble for them. all the care staff are fantastic and are so helpful,polite,caring and have great senses of humour. i love this place and highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

Went to visit a family member and was absolutely disgusted in the way the residents were talked to and approached by the carer staff and the head chef as said by one of the residents "I'm hungry" the head chef replied "shut up or you won't get anything" and they nickname residents with horrible names as I overheard them being nasty to a resident. I find this disgusting and appalling. I am in the process of looking for a residential home for my mother. I also witnessed that they were extremely understaffed. Residents needs were not met!
