    attended a A&E in ireland and afterwards sent a letter to give to my GP . so took the time to drive to surgery and hand it in ., at the same time asked for a appointment to see nurse . receptionist said she was too busy to make appointment and for me to phone up to make appointment.nobody else in waiting room and i don’t have an hour to wait on phone , when i’m already there .. This practise gets worse and worse
