Jul 31 2013 Our relative has dementia, which has left him with high needs and frequently calling out. Therefore, we choose this home as it is a nursing home with EMI. After 4 months, a 28 day eviction notice was served on this 89 year old. The reason for the eviction could be understood (?) but the delivery of it was unexpected, especially as our need for help was at it's peak. Evictions are legal and carried out with CQC's knowledge. This practice needs to be reviewed to prevent such cruelty .
