Oct 22 2015 I would like to thank the team at Goatacre Manor Care Centre for the exceptional care and friendship offered to my relative. Not only was she really well looked after and content, the rest of the family did not have to worry about her well being. My sincere thanks to all of the nurses and carers, every single one of them helped make her final months as comfortable as possible.

My relative seemed content and happy which is always a relief to see. The staff were friendly and helpful, and more importantly very caring to my relative. I arrived at lunchtime and I must say the food smelled and looked delicious. Keep up the good work.

The home has an open door policy which means we can visit anytime, day or night. All residents are treated with a high level of respect, love and care, nothing is too much trouble. The food is of a high standard and the residents are consulted about the menu daily. The manager has been a huge support to us and has gone to a lot of trouble to help us make sure Mum gets the right support and care she needs. We are always able to see him if we have any worries or concerns. The whole place is very homely and we feel part of the Goatacre family. The owner often pops in to make sure everything is OK and will stop and ask us if we have any concerns if we are there.
