Jun 4 2014 My husbands aunt was at Heffle Court for exactly two years to the day. She suffered from dementia, but we never had a days worry about her. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Her room was brand new and was elegant, clean and tidy, with en suite bathroom. It can't be easy caring for people with dementia, but the staff were so kind. There are no appointments to see people, you can go at any time, which we liked. The activities co-ordinator is superb and there is always something going on to keep the residents happy and active. There is a little area outside for animals and birds, like goats, rabbits, hens budgies etc and cafe and a lounge decorated in 50s style. Every care is taken, the food is excellent too. Would recommend highly.
