Dec 20 2022 They don't give one shit about the young people who live there, they mentally and verbally abuse young people, they refuse to believe young people, for example two children who used to stay there identified as transgender, the staff did not acknowledge this and refused to call them by chosen names instead they used their birth name which is truly disrespectful and disgusting, the staff did not want to work eith the young people and would rather stay in the office all days there were very few staff members who actually cares about young people's welfare
