Feb 1 2021 Staff in hear are nothing but manipulative verbal abusers and certain staff in hear have terrible obrauches to certain situations and the speak to you as I’m down graded. This place should be shut down or re-staffed ASAP style

Feb 1 2021 staff give out special treatment to other young people and treat me and another young person with total disregard. they claim to be supportive etc but they are the total opposite. they are all pathological liars and total hypocrites. certain staff are suited to their job and don’t have a clue what they’re doing. they have a terrible approach (they’re not approachable either), they are extremely ignorant, have no understanding about conditions and are just nasty people. i have only gotten worse since being here and would do anything to be moved else where.
