Jan 22 2022 Dear Manager, We would like to send this letter saying how impressed we all have been over the years whilst visiting our Uncle. He is always immaculately dressed and it is obvious how well looked after he is. The building itself is always immaculate has such a homely atmosphere to it and the staff are always so friendly and accommodating giving us updates. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and it gives us all great comfort knowing how well our uncle is being cared for
