Jul 25 2023 Management think they can treat staff like dirt and sack staff when they have an opinion the day staff are as common as muck and the care is false to visitors worse care home with a bad smell

Dec 1 2022 I have worked in this home and the managers and nurses are wonderful, the previous review was a disgruntled staff member with a grudge Because they couldn't be direct and learn best practise We are treated with the upmost respect from a company that cares not only for their residents but their staff too.
Ashville Residential HomeBy: Anonymous Rating:.. Sep 15 2021 One of the managers can be very abrupt with staff and very rude to them . The poor carers didn’t know if they were coming or going . It’s like being treated like dogs no wonder care homes are short on staff if spoken to like that . Care staff work very hard well management walk around doing nothing. Theses workers should be on a higher rate of pay then a registered nurse because they do everything well a nurse sit down drinking coffee for nearly £15 hour
