By: Derek Watts Rating:.. Oct 8 2022 I visited Mr James Hopkins-Wooley recently for a trigger finger problem that had been giving be a lot of pain for the best part of a year. I singled him out because he specialized in hands. He examined me and told me of the options - a minor operation or a single steroid injection that MIGHT work but no guarantee. I went for the steriod option and he did it on the spot. The injection was somewhat painful but well worth the outcome. Within a week my hand was at least 50% improved and now, after 2 weeks, it is 95% better. Very slight trigger and a tiny amount of discomfort but now I have back the use of my hand. Extremely happy with the result and would not hesitate to recommend this gentleman. He also has an excellent bedside manner! Thank you. Derek Watts
