We understand that surgery can be a cause of anxiety – even if it’s a relatively straightforward procedure. That’s why our experienced and caring medical staff will be there for you every step of the way.
Your consultant will have explored the different options with you at your previous consultations, as well as the look you want to achieve.
The most common operations are:
reducing or increasing the size of your nose. remodelling the shape of the tip, bridge and/or nostrils. changing the angle between the nose and the upper lip.
It may be possible for the doctor to operate entirely through the nostrils, which is called `closed` rhinoplasty. Sometimes they need to make a small cut, known as `open` rhinoplasty. He or she will advise you on this during your consultations. Whether you go under a general or local aesthetic will depend on the shape of your nose and which operation you choose.
The procedure usually takes up to 3 hours and you will spend a night or two in hospital.Hospital Consultants Specialties :

Mar 18 2023 This was my second visit to this hospital, the first 7 weeks ago to have a total hip replacement, I was totally satisfied with not just the surgery but the accommodation, staff, meals cleaners and serving staff. I returned this week to have the second hip replaced and I am pleased to confirm that although some of the staff were people I had met previously, there were others that were new to me.I would like to confirm that the treatment l received was excellent again thank you so much for all your efforts and keep up the good work. I would not hesitate to recommend this hospital nor indeed the diagnostic centre down the road, which I also found to be of great professionalism and caring. Also thanks to the people in physiotherapy who Im sure are going to be as good as their colleagues. Once again thank you all

I did not realise that I was claustrophobic going into a confined space so I kept getting anxiety and panic attacks were being triggered, however the radiographer was such a lovely gentlemen he was very patient and trying to help me clam down. I did get through by closing my eyes and pretending to myself I am not in a MRI tunnel. However thanks to the staffs calm attitude, patients and making me feel comfortable I got through it. I cannot remember the spelling of the gentlements name it started with p.
