I have just visited the hospital for the first time and was impressed by the excellent service of all the members of staff. Very friendly, informative and helpful.

I attended the hospital for dental surgery with sedation. I was impressed from start to finish. Tees Valley hospital is the cleanest hospital I have ever been in. My patient experience was amazing. In spite of being terrified by the procedure I was having done everyone seemed to go out of their way to put me at ease. The key point is that staff, from reception to consultants, were professional and friendly but most important to me - were totally focussed on the patient. No conversations going on with other staff. Everyone seemed to be concentrating on me. I have a lot of medical appointments and procedures and I cant tell you how refreshing it was to be so well looked after at every stage. Amazing dental surgeon as well. I highly recommend this hospital. Thank you.
