My eldest daughter is now in the final stages of her treatment just being supervised in using her retainers effectively, the results have been amazing she now has perfect teeth and an amazing Hollywood smile! My second daughter is currently going through her treatment which is proving a little more complicated though everything is always explained and we feel well supported and included in decision making. All the staff are fantastic, friendly and polite. The surgery seems to run like clockwork, appointments are very rarely running late so you can be sure to be in and out swiftly so it doesn't impact on school or work too much. My only slight concern is that the surgery seems to be closed for quite long periods throughout the year which sometimes makes it difficult to get appointments or to access support and advice. I guess this is the problem with a small surgery run by one orthodontist.

My daughter has now finished her treatment apart from wearing her retainers. Such lovely staff and great service nothing was ever a problem. They have achieved an amazing result for my daughters teeth which were all over the place so pleased.

My daughter has had braces for 2 years. She had them removed this week and the results are amazing such a transformation throughout the 2 years my daughterand myself have been treated with care and respect. The staff sitting at the reception desk were always friendly and so helpful. My daughter has a couple of mishaps...when phoning for an appointment we were always given one. Thoroughly recommend this practice .
