Appointment cancelled in October 2019 due to Covid regulations ~ Fine. Nothing more heard from dentists until yesterday, 30th July 2022 when a letter arrived informing me I haven't made an appointment since Oct 2019! It then informs me they have been making appointments for the last 18 months. Have I been informed? NO. It then informs me that due to non-regular attendance they have de-registered me from the practice and that they are no longer accepting NHS patients and if I should wish to return as a patient it would be on a private or Denplan basis only. Not so much as a thank you for your past custom, nothing! As the only work they carried out was two extractions, one of which they had to refer me to another practice (which was excellent), another at a later date was a hash as the tooth was broken into three and fragments were coming through my gum for months afterwards. If I decide to go private, I will find one with professional dentists. I rest my case! |

Best dentist I have been too. I had a chipped tooth and my dentist fixed it perfectly it didn’t hurt at all and is as good as new. I am very pleased. |

I loved going to this dentist practise ,but when my dentist left which was a shame she was so kind and she listened and put me at ease but now she has gone i have had a terribble time the last two visits. Wasnt listened to by dentist and was even more distressed and in pain more than when i went in with. Really has put me off going here again . Will see if another dentist will take me on. It is a shame everyone was nice from receptionists to nurses and of course the dentist i did have before she left. |
