Saw Mr Ivan Stoyanov to have 2 fillings done.He and his assistant were both very considerate, best I have been to in my 70 years.Painless experience unlike other Dentists in my past. |

I'm so pleased with my new perfect white filling. A big thank you, to my dentist and dental nurse for doing such a good job. I would highly recommend them. |

I have removed myself and my children from this practice for unacceptable service and poor treatment. They told me that my 11 year old daughter needed a filling so put a temporary one in- she spent the next 24 hours in agony and they refused to see her the following day. In desperation I took her to another dentist (took phone calls to over 10 local dentists plus NHS 111 to find someone who would see her) who put her straight onto antibiotics and said she needed root canal treatment- how was this missed by "mydentist" who even took an x ray just 24 hours earlier? Their refusal to see a child who was clearly in pain was unethical and despite the practice manager's apology (he said it would not have happened if he had been in that day) I have lost faith in their ability to treat a patient with respect. I would avoid- there are far superior NHS alternatives in the area. |
