As ever, a great experience with Gabriel. He is really gentle with the kids and didnt bat an eyelid when they knocked a container over. Really thorough and polite to both us and his assistant. |

I was treated well by the dentist who undertook necessary crown work - but, when I had a problem with the outcome, I fell foul of the worst imaginable telephone and administrative system I have ever encountered in my dealings with various professional practices over the past 50 years. The telephone was not answered. Instead you are referred to either a messaging system or to a queuing system. The latter seems to advance you up a queue as other unfortunates tire of hanging on endlessly. When finally reaching no.1 in the queue you can be left hanging on - in my case for more than 45 minutes - which was when my patience finally snapped! In my case, the messaging system finally functioned but seemed to operate with the aim of 'fobbing the patient off'. What is the point of having good dentists and giving them no back-up? This practice appears to have a support staffing problem that makes it a practice to avoid. |
