Nov 21 2023 I had a lady hygienist who was great, but last time I had injections, i was unwell afterwards. Due to change in working hours I had to change my appointment with her - I was somewhat worried about the injection side of it but was sure they would use a sympathetic approach with the other hygienist. Well no, the whole experience was so awful that after 2 extremely painful injections and a lot of ‘waffling’ between the practice manager and a (I presume) a new hygienist, excluding me from any conversation, I left, I was extremely annoyed and upset. I have been with this practice for 20+ years, there have been a couple of minor issues that were sorted after I complained but I will certainly not be going back there again - never been afraid of the dentist really but this has really put me off
