Jun 25 2019 initially this was a good practice but has drastically gone downhill. I tried at beginning of 2019 to get an earlier appointment to repair a broken partial denture, which I had been told would be free, as I had paid for it to be made new, and then a dentist broke it and I had to pay for it to be repaired, but the clasp has broken again. I already had a previously booked appointment for end of March but was told it was being put off to July! Now I’m told I can’t be seen till April next year! Unbelievable! Apparently they can’t recruit any dentists to work there and they only have one. It looks as though I will have to go to a private dentist and pay a lot of money, when my repair was supposed to be free with the NHS.
