This practice is both NHS and private so if it's cosmetic work you are looking for I can highly recommend I have been treated as a private patient and an Nhs patient the care and treatment you receive are no different. Everything is explained in detail they are up front about the cost all staff are kind and considerate the waiting times are very good. I would highly recommend this practice

I am a very nervous patient but Dental Nurse was my angel! She calm me down and explained everything step by step. Dentist is amazing-so caring. Together they make an excellent team. Thank you!

I have been to a few dental surgeries over the years and unfortunately I had established a poor personal opinion about Dental surgeries for reasons like “very unwelcoming and occasionally rude receptionists” and “misguided pricing for treatments” and “trying to hike the bill”. But thankfully this surgery has completely reversed this opinion in all respects. I am giving this review not on the basis of one good experience but after having been with them for over a year. I visited this time after over a year and booked this appointment from abroad. The same welcoming voice over the phone, the same effort to try and accommodate booking suiting my needs. My kids love it because the staff including the dentist and receptionist and all staff make them comfortable with stickers, jokes and sweats (I think they are brilliant in multitasking) What really made me happy was that they remembered our move abroad over a year ago (related to work) and asked about my kids. In my opinion what really matters for a patient/client/customer is whether you are treated with due respect and consideration. The smiles and friendliness are icing on the cake. Thank you.
