My wife and I have both used this dentist as NHS patients for a number of years now but the level of service has deteriorated some what. Arranging apointments are now months away and to add insult to injury they expect you to pay in advance for your treatment which just doesn't sit right with me. Had many years of NHS dentistry but never been asked to pay dental charges until the completion of treatment. The excuse for pre payment was because of some none payers but you should not tar all people with the same brush. I broke my tooth and called my dentist at approximately 3.30 on Tuesday. As tooth wasn't causing pain I was given an appointment for Thursday but told they would call me if any earlier appointment available. I was called at 4.50 and asked to go straight away as someone cancelled late. I was really pleased to be able to sort tooth so quickly. Excellent service as usual . Highly recommend this practice Reply from mydentist, Ankerage Green, Worcester Mon, 09 Oct 2017 12:07:34 +0100 Dear Patient, Thank you very much for the very kind comments that you have recently made regarding our practice and for taking the time to leave them; it is very much appreciated and we look forward to welcoming you back to the practice in the future. i went to my Dentist one week ago with a problem first they cud not find the problem even after a x Ray. So gave me anti biotics for a infection which they was not sure I had. Any I went back a week later to be told they stil can’t find the problem but if they did they never had time to do anything about it. I work away and find it hard to get to see them I’ve used this Dentist for yrs but lost all confidence in them. I stil have the slight pain in my tooth but really don’t no what to do now. Just feel let down by my own Dentist Reply from mydentist, Ankerage Green, Worcester Tue, 21 Aug 2018 11:18:47 +0100 Dear Patient, We are so sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the treatment that you received at our practice and would like to apologise for any distress or inconvenience this may have caused you.
