Pretty grim experience - saw female un-named East European dentist (no introductions, which I would expect as an NHS patient, let alone a nervous private patient about to shell out vast amounts of money), who then proceeded to shout at me when I panicked during an unpleasant procedure. Two visits - one nurse absolutely lovely, the other no better than the dentist. Simply appalling - I'm in my 70s and thought this sort of dentistry had died out 60 years ago, when I first developed a fear of dentists. |

following my recent dealings with this practice I have now found a much more pleasant and reliable surgery. After approximately 30 years under the previous efficient owner I am amazed at how I was treated, with no respect. I met someone on the way out who felt the same as me. This practice can’t go on much longer. Televisions and leather loungers don’t make for good service. |

I have pretty bad teeth as a result of being fairly phobic about going to dentists in the past, but I have never been treated with anything except thoroughly professional and helpful behaviour at Friends. Very good hygiene advice and a sense that I have an organised plan to deal with the legacy of past issues. I have seen 3 different dentists and two hygiene specialists and all have been excellent. Thoroughly recommended. |
