The receptionist staff talk about dentists in a rude manner in front of patients in the waiting room and talk about how all the records are not up to date!! The procedure was not finished properly and have since had to go to my own dentist twice in a week to get the problem resolved. They also had no idea about their procedures regarding out of hours contact and refused me an appointment when I was entitled to one. Such bad service
