The three special things that stood out for me.
When you step through the door of St. Peter’s Lodge Dental Practice and make your way to reception you are met with a warm smile and friendly welcome.
Your dentist then explains and talks you through your treatment plan.
A professional and friendly team who put you at ease as soon as you walk through the door. |

In general most people do not relish a trip to the dentist, for many reasons. However a visit to St.Peters Lodge is not unpleasant. Many years ago the practise went private along with others in the city. in response to this I took dental insurance to continue with the practice and have been with it since 1960. I visit the hygienist four time a year and the dentist twice. This ensures my teeth remain in good condition. In the past I have had problems between visits and have always been seen promptly. The staff are always friendly even when I have made mistakes with appointment times it was accepted as "well it happens sometimes". The practice I believe makes no distinction between private and NHS patients. I feel that the staff see me as a friend, not just another patient.
This true all the way from the receptionist, dental nurse, hygienist and of course the dentist. When I have needed treatment, I have always been told what the problem was and how it was going to be treated. This has always given me confidence that the proposed treatment will put things right. I do believe the practice keeps up to date with new treatment procedures, methods and equipment. When making appointment dates and times are agreed and not dictated. I as a patient have always been respected, my views have been taken into account. Overall I consider myself very lucky to have been introduced to this practice. Would I recommend the practice to you, most defiantly yes.
