I didn't even visit the dentist but dealt with a particular lady over the phone who was incredible.
She couldn't help with my initial enquiry but went out of her way to continue to help me find a solution to the problem.
She provided the solution to the problem and could not have been more helpful, friendly and polite over the phone (even though I have no idea what I'm doing).
I have never received such fantastic customer service from a government agency before and would definitely give her a pay rise if I were here boss! She's a credit to you. I got an emergency appointment here as my usual dentist was closed, complete waste of my time and money paid £22.70 for my tooth to be washed with Corsodyl, I am in pain with my wisdom tooth still so will need to spend more money and book more time off work to go back. Wish I just waited for my usual dentist. She didn't seem to care I was in pain and gave me advice I already told her I was following. The staff member who took my "emergency" dentsl call was brilliant. The reception staff were ok. I suffer from spina bifida. I have struggled to find a dentist in the last couple of years. My tooth broke on the Sunday, phoned emergency dentist Monday. The dentist was RUDE, VERY unfriendly & did NOT take my disability into ANY consideration.Thr way he spoke to me was a disgrace. The assistant was lovely & I told this person that the dentist needed to work on his people skills. NOT my fault e was "not familiar" with some of my medications. I am truly upset at the way I was (mis)treated by THIS dentist. I have medical issues that he seemed not to understand OR care. My neck is fused from the top to base of spine, I CANNOT help if my head moves when the person is extracting my tooth. Disgusted & extremely upset, I actually cried when I left & NOT because I've lost a tooth!
