My Dentist who I think is either from Greece or Cyprus is an amazing dentist inc his Assistant.He is the reason I attend this dentist. Such a lovely kind caring dentist.

I have no issue with the Dentist, the appointment system, waiting times etc however I do feel the need to mention the way I have been spoken to by the receptionist on numerous occasions. Simply ringing up to book appointment I am greeted with her attitude problem, please send her on customer service course, surely I don't need to mention her name I cant be the only person she speaks to in this way, speaking to people in this manner should not be allowed, I presume other staff members have witnessed this and yet she continues to be abrupt and unfriendly and is allowed to get away with it.

This is an excellent dentist - so professional and caring. I previously had another dentist for many years who finally retired and I never expected to find another dentist who I could trust and feel confident with. Well the dentist exceeded all my expectations. He spends time to explain everything. He ensures all procedures are carried out with no discomfort. I highly recommend him to all my family and friends. In addition the reception staff are superb. They always treat people with dignity and professionalism. When I had a problem they ensured I was able to get a prompt appointment. Even with routine appointments you never have to wait too long. The NHS should be proud to have a dental service with the dentist and their associates.
