Removed me from NHS list without any warning. I had to take insurance. Now they moved my appointment without my consent to 4hours earlier just day b4 my appointment which I was waiting for 4 weeks. They never pick up phones and they dont get back to you when leave message. Receptionist too direct for my liking. |

Yesterday everything went well. Found out the problems for a number of things caused by a former dentist. Referral was done for tooth extract despite my relative having complex health needs due to age and physical health, and despite the fact I did bring the medicine list. Today we attended only to be told tooth cannot be extracted necessitating a wasted journey and a referral to the hospital because of one of the medicines my relative was on. Livid is putting it lightly as we had a wasted journey today. I have since asked a partner at a previous surgery to sort it out for my relative and we won't be back. Not happy at all. I would not recommend this surgery if you have an elderly relative. |

I got my appointment very quickly from referral from my dentist where I live which is 1.5 hours travelling. I’d travel this far straight away for the excellent service I had. I had a wisdom tooth extracted. The dentist and dental assistant made me feel so welcome,I felt very relaxed and could ask any questions, the whole thing was remarkably quick, I had total trust in the dentist.I’ve had a wisdom tooth extracted before, however this is where I would choose if I ever had to have another one removed. |
