When I heard my dentist was leaving my local area I had no second thoughts other than to go with them even though it was quite a distance to travel. This was many years ago but I have never regretted the move of venue. I am treated with such friendly respect and always cared for very genuinely and never rushed. Apart from dealing with my treatment my family are always brought into the conversation as to their wellbeing. I would always give my dentist the highest recommendation to a friend and actually have referred 3 to them who have been more than pleased with how they too were treated I dread the day when I can either no longer make the journey or my dentist is no longer in the practice.

I have been a patient at Gatehouse Dental Practice for some years now and though I don't actually live very close to Addlestone at all, I would NEVER consider looking for another dentist nearer home because I believe that I have found the absolutely perfect dental practice! My initial visit to Gatehouse some time ago was as a private patient, but for the past couple of years, I've been receiving NHS treatment there without any reduction whatsoever in the quality of the care I've received or in the way that I've been treated by the staff who are always friendly, supportive and efficient. Furthermore, there's always been a warm, family atmosphere at Gatehouse, which is something I value very highly. The integrated open-plan reception area and waiting room are clean, modern and very attractively designed with plenty of natural light. Gatehouse clearly have an effective appointments system, because I've never seen more than one or two patients waiting at any one time there and I've always been called in for my treatment promptly. I've never particularly loved going to the dentist, but the positive ambience created by the presence of a kind, caring receptionist and the pleasant, comfortable waiting environment at Gatehouse have always had a calming effect on me. My regular, very highly qualified and experienced dentist once referred me to a hospital consultant for a second opinion, but I subsequently received the complex treatment I needed at Gatehouse and it was a great success. During the past year, I had a 'wisdom' tooth removed at Gatehouse and what I had feared might be a slightly less than pleasant experience turned out to be a remarkably quick and painless one. A previous dentist some years ago had referred me to my local hospital for a similar extraction and while the hospital team were most competent, I felt that my dentist at Gatehouse was equally so, if not better. :) I've never been an exemplary patient, but during my time as a patient at Gatehouse, a whole series of complex dental problems have been resolved to an extent that I would never have imagined possible. I'd like to express my deepest gratitude to all the staff at Gatehouse Dental Practice in Addlestone for the outstanding level of care which I have received during my time as a patient there. I hope the staff never decide to take early retirement and emigrate to the Bahamas. If they ever did, I would just have to emigrate there too!

Very friendly & welcoming atmosphere. All staff are pure, personal & discreet. Particular care is taken when I bring my autistic son; kindness, patience, explanations given etc. After a few disappointing dental experiences, I am so pleased to have found Gate host & highly recommend their practice.
