I HAVE BEEN COMING TO FERNHILL DENTAL PRACTICE FOR SOME TIME NOW. BOTH MY CHILDREN ATTEND TOO. WE FIND EVERY MEMBER OF STAFF AT THE PRACTICE POLITE, HELPFUL, FRIENDLY, SENSE OF HUMOUR AND MAKE OUR DENTAL VISIT SO MUCH MORE RELAXED. I HAVE A CHRONIC PAIN CONDITION & BOTH MEMBERS OF STAFF THAT HAVE TREATED ME HAVE BEEN UNDERSTANDING THAT I MAY GET A BIT STIFF, MY NECK CAN NOT WITH STAND THE CHAIR, SO THIS NEEDS TO BE GENTLE. I HAVE HAD SOME MAJOR WORK DONE (MAJOR TO ME ANYWAY) RECENTLY AND REEMA KATIRA WAS BRILLIANT, EXCEPTIONAL, SHE MADE ME FEEL AT EASE. RREEMA HAS A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOUR WHICH MAKES EACH DENTAL VISIT THAT MUCH EASIER. EVERY MEMBER OF STAFF CERTAINLY MAKES THE SURGERY WARM, INVITING AND A FRIENDLY PLACE. I HAVE ALSO RECEIVED TREATMENT FROM POOJAT KOTECHA AND AGAIN MADE TO FEEL TOTALLY AT EASE. I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL PRACTICE TO ANYONE

I have been coming to this dentist for many years and have always received fantastic service. On my last visit my 7 year old had to have fillings and needed an injection. Unfortunately this did not go to plan and my daughter had a massive meltdown. The dentist and nurse remained calm and patient and tried their best to help me calm my daughter down and despite us making her run late, we were never pressured to hurry up. Thank you so much for your understanding. It is greatly appreciated

In the past Ive had good care here. I had a deep filling recently which I absolutely dreaded as its many years since I had had one. At every step I had excellent reassuring care. From consultation until the end result,the care was fantastic & in my sixties I'm now more confident about my dental care.
