Jun 29 2018 You physically cannot get hold of this surgery, I have been trying to call all morning to get an issue that they caused fixed and the answer phone is still on at 10:30AM when they open at 9. I have had this happen before as I found that they set the phone to answer phone for 3 hours for lunch. I have also found the receptions to be the most disinterested women I have ever meet. I will be finding another surgery even if it means I have to drive for an hour in any direction. Anything is better then this place.

Jan 25 2018 After bringing my daughter in for an emergency appointment for dental pain, the receptionist was so lovely and helpful and told us if for any reason we needed a sooner appointment for treatment to just call and they would try and help where they could, well my daughter ended up in more pain and Monday I rang again and the receptionist again managed to fit us in for emergency treatment, she was so lovely and actually made the whole dentist experience a relaxed one, even after coming to the appointment she still spoke and was just a welcoming sympathetic lady, I genuinely think she is an asset to the dental practice, also the dental nurse was very calming and caring towards my daughter as was the dentist herself. I’d recommend this dentist 10 times over! Thankyou again to the receptionist you’re an angel!
