I've been terrified to go to the dentist for as long as I can remember, these guys ease my anxiety in minutes. The secretary's are polite, cheerful and eager to help. The dentist I see is fantastic. She tells me everything that is going to happen and is extremely patient, her sidekick assistant is just as great. Dentists with humour :)

I have only just moved to the area and had only been to the dentist to register and have an initial examination. Today I went in to the surgery directly as I was anxious about pain I had been experiencing around my jaw. I get very nervous in dentists but knew that I needed advice and had built up the confidence to go in and make the appointment. Straight from the reception I was greeted so kindly and respectfully that I was made to feel at ease. By chance there had been a cancellation and so I was reassured that I could be seen immediately which was amazing. The dentist was professional but very approachable. He explained things clearly using both drawings and easy language. He listened carefully and never seemed judgmental or rushed during the consultation. Back at reception I was guided through the next steps of the process with professionalism and ease. I even ended up smiling! My whole experience was excellent and I feel so much better about having to return for treatment as well as feel grateful for the NHS. Thank you
