My only concern is the only number we can contact them on is 05 premium number which is not part of our contract and we do not have phone line in the house. Other wise excellent. |

I have been a patient here for several years. Had numerous appointments and been overall fairly satisfied with the treatments. However, I have moved house several times in the last couple of years and the practice hadn’t recorded my new details, so correspondence has been sent to old addresses. I have informed them of this and still no correspondence was sent to my new address. As a result of this, I have missed some appointments and since been told - very abruptly by a member of staff that has been rude to me before - that I have now been removed their system due to me missing appointments and not notifying them! I feel like this is no fault of my own. The staff member I have spoke to needs to learn how to speak to patients in more polite manner, and not be derogatory or disrespectful in how they deal with certain situations. |

I moved from a private practice in Carlisle to this dentist as I now live in Penrith and wanted an NHS dentist.
The dentist is an experienced and knowledgable dentist, his staff are friendly and very capable and the surgery is clean and cheerful ( I have a phobia of dentists so that means a lot)
I recommend him to friends and family and feel reassured that his treatments are completed to a high quality. |
