May 28 2019 I have been visiting this practice for quite a few years now. I have always been treated with respect. I see a fantastic dentist and is so efficient, you do have to wait a little while at times but this I am happy to do so that I can see her. It is always lovely to be greeted by the member of staff on the desk and I am so glad that on my last visit one of her nurses was back working with her who has been there for quite some time (I didn't catch her name). They are always so cheerful together and make my visit so much nicer. I suffer with anxiety and having a cheerful nurse makes it much more of a positive experience so thank you. I had to return for some treatment and this time I didn't panic and get myself into a state as they chatted with me and made me feel at ease. Thank you for helping me and being so considerate.

May 5 2019 I had an appointment for 9:00am dentist called me by 9:08, by 9:22 I was out of the clinic. It's was a routine appointment, the dentist said I didn't have anything, all my teeth look good. I then showed him that some of my teeth should be clean. He cleaned only the 3 teeth that I showed and missed the other ones. For a 10 minutes consultation I paid 33 pounds totally rip off. No intetion at all to go back there. I should have learned first time I was there last year in August, at least last year I got full clean service. Pathetic and poor service.
