All the steps, from my contacting the emergency help line last night, to leaving the surgery were very smooth. The staff were sympathetic and very helpful. |

I had a tooth extracted this morning and was very apprehensive. All stafff were lovely, I can't fault them. Polite and friendly from the moment I walked in the door, throughout the treatment and when I left. The dentist was thorough and very good at helping me keep calm during and after the proceedure. Excellent! |

The experience of being referred to this clinic by my dentist, and receiving treatment there, was excellent from start to end.
Once my dentist referred me for two extractions, I received the letter from the clinic inside a few days and it gave me a month to respond and book in for the surgery. The letter itself was friendly and accessible--a mobile number was given, so there are no excuses for not managing to book in!
On the day of surgery, parking was excellent; there's plenty of on-road parking available, a small private car park and a small shopping area with parking too.
On reception, I was greeted with my name; obviously, they anticipated who I was from walking in at the right time, and everyone was friendly and efficient. The wait was short and all the patients leaving after treatment seemed to be smiling. Always a good sign. One member of staff welcomed me personally and it's clear she takes pride in speaking to every patient by name. Fantastic touch and something I never had before.
The dentist introduced himself and his dental assistant, explained everything thoroughly and made sure any questions were answered. The anaesthesia worked great and my goodness--he had those retained tooth roots whipped out so fast, I barely had time to think about it.
Seems it went the same for other reviewers. Never felt anything, not even much pressure--nothing like previous extractions, even one done at the hospital.
There was zero stress during this visit, whatsoever. The receptionist also was lovely, very reassuring, friendly and professional.
I left with a good care sheet giving advice, and was well-briefed
Cannot find a single thing to fault here--and they also had no TV or radio blaring in reception, which is always a benefit as I hate being forced to hear 'muzak!' or to watch Jeremy Kyle when I have gone for any professional service, ha... Unfortunately, my regular dentist does the force-fed TV thing, it makes me very ill at ease... and gives me migraines. No such thing at the Weston Clinic!
Full marks, 5-star service here. Can't wait to go again, ha.
