Great service from start to finish. Can’t recommend enough - I had toothache and was seen within a few hours and the dentist pulled my tooth out there and then and was so gentle. Thank you |

Attemded as new patient December 2020 with tooth ache. Paib £65 for check up and had to wait till 6 may. Told needed two fillings. Being very hard of hearing and dentist had full ppe on i thought price quoted was £120. Had to get up and pay first! Put card in machine tapped in number paid. Im nervous at dentists and didnt check receipt to quickly return to chair for treatment (£220 was taken) ok white fillings but thought only got charged once for treatment ie two fillings at same time one charge. Ive paid £285 in total. I rang up to question the cost. Was informed im £41 in credit! Why on earth would i want credit im not wealthy. Though staff are very polite i feel most unhappy. Lets face it £110 is more than enough for two fillings but £220! Thats unfair. Ok covid rules are here but for the deaf unable to lip read because of masks makes it impossible. Yes dentist did explain prior to treatment, but literally as treatment began i confirmed i wanted white fillings. Dentist went to check price, thpught said £120. Didnt realise the tooth at bottom thats been filled was a white one id had done only two years ago and it didnt hurt! Was one at top that gave pain. Totally disgruntled. All that money for what? In effect one tooth that needed a filling. Had a little filing of a crown (2 mins) and glue on a tooth post. Still extortionate in price. May have to look elsewhere unless this is resolved. |

I had 2 fillings and a tooth taking out and it was pain less. The reception team also were helpful. |
