I was relieved to find it was not a bad tooth but the nerves caused what I was experiencing the Dentist was good and reassuring would Definitely go again Thankyou |

I saw the dentist named Ian and his lovely assistant back in May,I had a fear of dentist like you would not believe , The whole team at Brookfields are just amazing so friendly and caring , and I was not made to feel bad for not seeing a dentist in over 23 years .infact I was made so welcome and at ease , that I even went for a second tooth extraction today . Great team ?? and I no longer have this fear of a dentist truly wonderful staff all of them . |

My son , with special needs has been with this dental practice for more than 7 years.He had his last appointment last year , in September.He was booked for April this year, since last year.I’ve got a telephone call (23rd March, 11:45 am)informing me that in the day of his appointment the practice it will be closed for essential works….it was offered him another appointment middle of June, at 12 o’clock, which is not a suitable day and hour for him.Then I was informed that the next available date is in DECEMBER, more than 1 year (15!!!months from the last appointme , exactly)from the last appointment!!!!The person was still insisting that this date, in June is the only one available till December.I’ve explained it that it’s not suitable for us…didn’t care at all!So, they cancelled his appointment, offering an unsuitable date and hour, or postponed him 8 months later, from the date that he supposed to have his appointment! How is this care, for a special needs child?!!!Very poor practice !The apologies doesn’t replace the care for my son, that you cancelled it!Now I should fight for date for his dentist too?!Nhs is such a joke!Clap, clap… |
