Absolutely fab staff, the 2 ladies we seen were very understanding of my son's disability. He was very nervous to start with but once they reassured him he was alot calmer. What was very nice was they were talking to him rather than me which made him feel alot more happier. |

The staff here are wonderful - friendly, professional and considerate. The procedure (top molar extraction) went well, easier than I expected....the staff are skilled, confident and reassuring....altogether a lovely bunch of people.
I felt well cared for and in safe hands.... from the reception staff and the clinical staff.... everyone was helpful and thoughtful. I've already recommended Frome Dental Access Centre to my mother, and I was only there yesterday.

I’m an extremely nervous patient and was referred to the Frome Access Centre, through my NHS dentis to have a wisdom tooth extraction. I had put this procedure off for 20 years, that’s how scared I was.
After an initial appointment, where the procedure was explained to me clearly and with respect for my fear and such kindness, I went away feeling very calm.
Of course being phobic, when my appointment came around I was very nervous. It was discussed in my first appointment that I should have gas and air to calm me and after a chat, It was given to me through a little mask, with the lovely assistant holding my hand and talking to me throughout. The dentist and her assistant were just amazing, and totally focused on the job in hand whilst keeping me calm and truly relaxed. I don’t remember the injections or the extraction. Just a lovely feeling of wellbeing and calm. I came home and rested and when the anaesthesia wore off, I had no pain, just a little discomfort.
I cannot praise them highly enough. They give you time and space to settle. And also the lovely man on reception was so sweet and apologied when my appointment was delayed.
If I was asked what I could wish for to have made my experience better, I honestly couldn’t think of one thing.
