Sep 23 2019 My grandmother ordered a denture and had to wait one month for her appointment to receive it. On reaching her appointment, she was informed that her denture was misplaced while being transported from the lab. When my grandmother and I spoke to the dentist and receptionist about this, they simply said that they cannot do anything about the situation, without any apology or admittance of their mistake, and only said they can book another appointment which was after another month. Extremely unprofessional behaviour. Would not recommend.

Feb 22 2018 By far, my visit here was superior compared to numerous dentists ive visited before. The dentist was very thorough going taking her time going through a medical questionnaire prior to the check up and providing useful advice as she went along. The examination itself was done very well and thoroughly. Providing lots of information to me as she went along to keep me in the loop of her findings. The environment was clean, bright and very modern. I have already recomended their service to others and intend to go back.

Jul 27 2017 I moved to the area a few months ago and a neighbour recommended Simply Teeth in Green Lane. I've had bleeding gums for a long time and need regular cleaning. A previous reviewer complained about them hard-selling private cleaning treatment but all dentists will recommend that you have a thorough clean from the hygienist on a regular basis if you have gum problems. Over the years I've visited many but can say this practice is among the ones I would definitely recommend; the staff are friendly, surgeries well equipped and the dentist I was treated by was really professional. They explained everything to me and made me comfortable. I even made an appointment for my nervous hubby and the kids with her. So far have had no problems with the service and would highly recommend.
