Went to only my 3red visit at maxident -dispight always being on time,still had to wait 40 mins and 30mins over the time arrange..thay the dentist put a temporary filling on my teeth then told me he could not do any work becouse there was nit enough time!! Wow what has happened to my beloved NHS dentist..in the day if you had anything wrong with your teeth the de tist would fix it wether it be deep clean fillings,even use to get a polish for good measure, now I have to fill a form in eacth vist, wait way past arrange time then told to lie down open my mouth thay take a look then ask me If i am in any pain? I say no,thay say we cannot do cosmetics work on your teeth!! Totally unbelievable..I'm off to Turkey..

I attended the clinic in June was treated very well payed for NHS band 1 I told the dentist that I had pain in one of my back teeth he could not find a problem but I opted for a white filling in one of the teeth he gave me a choice of band 2 but I paid £80 he told me if it still hurt to come back as it must be the other tooth I still had the pain so wanted to go back for the other tooth I rang for an appointment and was told I would have to pay for another band 1 appointment I explained that the dentist said that it would be the other tooth so why should I pay for an other assessment so she went and asked the dentist he said he did not say that so I would have to pay again my husband was at my appointment and heard him say this it’s not the money as I have gone to a different dentist I have a fractured tooth going to cost £650 private it’s the point that he told me he would do the other tooth under the same treatment then lied and said he never said that the receptionist did say he may take the consultation fee off the main treatment
