Sep 8 2022 I never write reviews!However have been with Alford Dental practice for many years my treatment has always been ok! have had a few issues in the past with the receptionist, But since covid WOW the practice has really stepped up iv had a few problems And they have been excellent at fitting me in .. had my worst night mare with a front tooth on Monday they fitted me the same day and was back today to have a tooth out and other treatment done today being only Thursday … well what a service I am made up I would just like to say a Big thank you to all the receptionist and to Mr Hartzenberg and team for such a great service

Aug 16 2019 My visit to the dentist yesterday was not a good one, unusual, as normally fairly satisfied.Ihave had an ongoing problem with a tooth root (from an extraction over a year ago)which has proved difficult and remains constantly sore, and frequently is very painful. This has been going on for months. Just told it is one thing or another but no solution. And now I am passed on to someone else in the surgery without any prior notice or reason why?.I just notice this on my next appointment as I leave, on returning to ask the staff what that means and apparently told he is only doing extractions ??????. Would have been good to have known that. Still in pain so will have to go elsewhere as unable to have continued confidence and trust in this service, and I still need treatment. Information and communication could be greatly improved. Very unhappy, despite staff ringing me at home later to say he would finish treatment identified today.

Sep 16 2022 Have been gong to this practice for a number of years and have always been scared of going to the dentist, but I have been more than satisfied with the care and attention I get here. Mr Hartzenberg is very gentle and caring. Always found the receptionists to be very helpful and have fitted me in quite quickly when I have had problems. A BIG thank you to you all.
