All levels of staff are very helpful, friendly and professional, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, making it a great experience from booking to treatment and after care. 5 Star rating!!

I am quite an anxious patient when it comes to the dentists, however, from my first appointment my dentist has always taken time to explain any treatment to me and make sure I’m as comfortable as possible. The receptionists are also usually very polite and helpful when arranging appointments and I recently had to see a dentist who was not my regular dentist due which I was nervous about but they took the time to introduce themselves and made me feel comfortable and reassured. Great practice overall, would definitely recommend.

As an NHS patient it can be a problem getting to see a dentist sometimes. Market Street got me in, admittedly a bit of a wait for my first appointment (3 weeks), but it's the city centre and it was hardly an emergency. They did an initial check up, then suggested a couple of follow up appointments for further treatment. The dentist I saw explained what the plan was and gave me a choice of options, allowing me to see the x-rays taken, giving me advice as to what would be the best choice and what the consequences of each would be. I've not had this from a dentist before, they always seem rushed in other practices, but here everything was explained to me, which was really reassuring and put me at ease - I'm a very anxious nervous dental visitor. After some difficult treatment, things seem to be going okay and although things have not gone totally to plan - this was nothing to do with the dental care I received - I can safely say I felt more comfortable seeing my dentist here than any I've seen before. Unfortunately I cannot give names or anything, but thank you!
