Following a dental emergency at Christmas my previous dental surgery let me down and thankfully Wollaton dental Care step into the fold and came to my rescue. Despite not being a registered patient with them them were able to see me and provide me with a more than suitable/adequate treatment plan. From the reception staff through through to the dentist and his assistant I have been amazed by the level of care and professionalism. I can strongly recommend the practice. You will be a priority for them and cared for more that adequately. The practice is very clean and a pleasant environment. I cannot thank them enough for the care I have received. The service at this surgery is excellent from the receptionists to the hygienists to the dentists. They really care about the state of your gums and teeth. I had a filling recently (first one for a while) and the patience shown by the dentist was very reassuring. He did everything possible to make the experience as comfortable as possible. The result was superb. He is a very skilful practitioner. My hygienist also does an excellent job with the same amount of care and consideration for a nervous patient. A really terrific team. I was very apprehensive about the above treatment, which concluded today, but started in January.
Throughout the treatment I was treated with care, and everything was explained to me as we went along.
I was astonished at the skill my dentist showed, in the fitting of a temporary bridge immediately following the extraction. Visibly there was no significant difference in my appearance.
I am very grateful for the care and expertise I received at Wollaton dental care, not forgetting the warmth and helpfulness of the staff on the reception desk.
