I have always had a fear of dentists, I can remember many years ago seeing my then dental surgeon at a christening and breaking out into a cold sweat. Since I have been registered with this practice, this fear seems to have disappeared. From the moment you walk through the door you are treated with courtesy and put at your ease by friendly professional staff and this continues all through your treatment. I have had occasion to visit the surgery two or three times during the last week with my grandaughter, who has had rather a nasty infection, she has recieved excellent care and I cannot thank them enough.

Experiences at Nichols and Fisher give me full confidence in the advice I'm given regarding treatment I need. I was very apprehensive when I needed to have a wisdom tooth removed but there was no need to be. My dentist explained the process and what to expect so that I wouldn't be phased by the sounds and sensations and this helped immensely. My care was personalised and time was taken to ensure that everything was going as it should. It was apparent to the dental nurse that I was nervous and I received sensitive and appropriate support, making it easier for me to stay calm. No-one wants a tooth removing but I can honestly say that at Nichols and Fisher I was informed and cared for before, during and after. I went home confident that I had received appropriate treatment, respect and consideration and secure in the knowledge that if I had any problems I would receive prompt support.
