would never go to this dentist again, i have also removd my childrens they always cancel appt's at such short notice, extremely unhelpful especially when you have booked time from work to attend, the receptimonist attitudes are very rude and un professional. |

Visited for 2 fillings. After anaesthetic wore off my tongue had a huge red sore area on it and was stinging. The dentist must have caught my tongue drilling. I had spat blood out after rinsing. Called to dentist 2 days later as tongue really uncomfortable to be told no appointments and my dentist was then on holiday. Felt just wanted rid of me and to be told this is a NHS practice as this was what should be expected. I insisted I wanted to be seen and reluctantly was told to call back at 12.50. The receptionist was rude and extremely unhelpful and turned it round that I was been aggressive and there was no need to behave like that. All I wanted was someone to see me for advice. My wife left this practice due to issues with her dentist . Just tried to get register with this dentist which claim on NHS and their own site that they are taking on new patients when in reality they are not.
