As above, great dentist and assistants, however management was poor. I was removed from their register as if cancelled more than three appointments, despite cancelling them within the given notice period! I’d previously received two letters cancelling appointments and was then blamed for missing them.

I visited the dentist after not going for 4 years due to fear of the dentist. I was not made to feel at ease and reassured and the Dentist was quite rude informing me if I did not return when I was due to, he would strike me off the list and not allow me to return again. Even the assistant looked shocked at what he said. He nastily interrupted me when I was telling him some problems I have been having. I also waited over an hour for my appointment. The receptionist was quite rude and abrupt and did not speak at a reasonable volume, therefore the entire waiting room was able to hear what she was saying, telling me rudely how she was surprised I even got an appointment and informing the waiting room how I have not been for 4 years. The overall experience was shocking and looking at moving dentist.
